Du Peng

Chairman

Mr. Du Peng, Chairman of the Board of Directors, is mainly responsible for presiding over the overall work of the Board of Directors. Responsible for the group's daily operation management and safety production work, and responsible for the group development strategy research and the formulation, tracking, analysis, and execution of the corporate development strategy plan. Mr. Du Peng obtained a double bachelor's degree in management and law, a master's degree in business administration, an accountant, a practicing registered internal auditor (CIA), and a senior credit manager. He has many years of experience in listed company financial management and manufacturing operation management, and is familiar with listed company management Standardization and regulatory requirements, leading many companies to successfully list on the New OTC Market, and have rich work experience in capital operation.

Zhang Chao

Mr. Zhang Chao is a cost engineer and a first-class constructor. He has more than 10 years of senior management experience in enterprises and nearly 20 years of experience in the field of building curtain walls.

Zhu Xuping

Mr. Zhu Xuping has over 20 years of comprehensive management experience in financing management, fund coordination, tax planning, asset management, organizational accounting, accounting supervision, financial management, and budget management.

Zhou Qing

Appointed as a non-executive director and senior engineer of our group in April 2022, with over 20 years of experience in power engineering and electrical engineering, as well as the operation of large-scale photovoltaic and wind power projects.

Independent Non-executive Director

Pan Jianli

He joined the Group in December 2019 and was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Group. Ms. Pan is a senior accountant and a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Since 1999, she has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in finance, financing and risk management in non-listed groups, listed groups and professional financial institutions.

Zhang Yumo

Joined the Group in December 2024 and was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Group. Dr. Zhang is a professor at Jilin University, dedicated to the research of electrically responsive supramolecular forces and their organic optoelectronic materials. I have given over 20 invited presentations at international and domestic academic conferences, and have published more than 50 related achievements in internationally recognized top journals in the fields of chemistry and materials. I have also been granted over 20 Chinese invention patents.

Li Ling

He joined the Group in July 2017 and was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Group. Dr. Li is a professor and researcher in the School of Science and Engineering of Jinan University. He has 23 years of experience in the field of materials research and has obtained 6 scientific and technological patents under his name.
